Kismet Embrace

I took this shot 2 Years Back, when my Tatay (dad) was sick with stage 4 colon cancer and confined in a hospital for a massive stroke (yes, it was a double whammy, no joke).

It was one of the saddest, most challenging years of my life but I look back not with bitterness, but with fondness and appreciation for what I have today, what I have become and what there is to come.

Tatay, for the record is much better now. He is in remission and is slowly recovering from the stroke. He is and will always be my smiling moon.
